Why Phoenixus exists
The answer came during a rare break in the pool. She pictured a community where every woman is supported to live her best life, at work and beyond. Phoenixus began in Singapore in 2023, and we’ve been rising together ever since.

A women’s leadership network in Singapore, founded in 2023 by Serene Ong. We bring together women from 18 to retirement through events across five pillars, from self care to giving back.
Any woman aged 18 and above. Our programmes are grouped by age, so you’ll find one that fits where you are.
Nothing. Attend any event and you’ll be added to our private WhatsApp community.
Mostly in Singapore, at [venues]. Some are held abroad, like our yearly retreat.
